Hi! I’m Beth Duncan
and I’m a real estate agent for the East Texas area.
Thank you for visiting my website! I hope you find exactly what you are looking for.
I’ve been in real estate since 2014. One of the most enjoyable experiences for me as a realtor is to see the smiling, happy faces of the people I help either buy or sell their home.
My goal is to make sure your experience is positive from beginning to end.
Because you see, when you are young, or a first-time home buyer, you really don’t know what to think or expect. I remember the first home I purchased almost 15 years ago and the anxiety that came with that experience.
Not knowing what the future may hold.
Not being able to control the situation.
But my agent held my hand through that process. She told me to trust her and I did. She hooked us up with Tom Holyfield, she sometimes told me things I didn’t want to hear, but she was honest.
And she set the bar at a level I understood.
It’s a level I strive for with:
- Each family I help who is looking for the perfect neighborhood near their chosen school.
- Each newlywed buying their first home together, imagining raising a family in their starter home.
- Each retired couple selling their home so they can retire to a lake house (which I help them find, of course!)
I guess I want to be just like the real estate agent I had. Helpful, but not making the decision for you. I want to set the pace, not raise expectations only to let them be met half way. I want to be informative.
I want you to feel at home.
Let’s work together to help you buy or sell your home today. I’m just a phone call/email away.
A Little More About Me:
I’m married to my college sweetheart and we share a son, Kaden, who is 9, and a daughter, Kyla GraceAnne, who is 7. I tell everyone my husband and I fell in love in a deer stand throughout college.
Kyla, who has Down’s Syndrome, has just the right amount of attitude and sass. She doesn’t let her disability slow her down. In fact, she’s one of the most popular girls at school. Her friends know me as “Kyla’s mom.” Our community supports us BIG with her. Hallsville ISD is phenomenal at inclusion and helping us along the way with Kyla.
Kaden plays baseball and is pretty good. He gets his skills from his daddy, definitely not from me. He’s known as Mr. Social too. Both my kids have very kind hearts and I’m beyond proud of them.
My family and I attend Macedonia Baptist Church in Longview. If there’s one thing people know about me, it’s that I love Jesus. I believe Jesus was God’s son and He died on the cross, and because of that we are given the chance to spend eternity with our creator. If we decide to act on that opportunity it is up to us.
I love being outdoors and enjoy fishing, hunting, and adding some sparkle and pink to it while I do. I could sit outside on a swing all day if given the opportunity. I also like to read instead of watch television and just prefer being simple.
